Dr. Jose J. Rosales

Dr. Jose J. Rosales did his undergraduate studies at Louisiana Tech (Go Bulldogs). Then he attended Medical School in Honduras, where he earned his Medical Degree from La Universidad Nacional Autonoma de Honduras in 1980.  He completed his Surgical Residency in the teaching hospital in Honduras.
When he returned to the United States, Dr. Rosales completed Residency in Family Practice at Methodist Medical Center of Illinois, a program affiliated with the University of Illinois. Dr. Rosales began his general practice in central Florida in 1996 and expanded into aesthetic medicine in 2004. His first two lasers, the Alexandrite and Nd: YAG used for hair removal (all skin types), spider veins, sun spots and more.  Since 2004 he has added another laser for skin resurfacing, also known as laser peels. Dr. Rosales' dedication and commitment to safety and complete laser understanding promted him to become a member of American Society for Laser Medicine & Science, Inc (ASLMS).

In addition to laser work, Dr. Rosales has been injecting BOTOX Cosmetic (since 2005) and Juvederm (since 2007) Filler.  He is part of ALLERGAN’S Brilliant Distinctions Program. He does all the injections at OCLC. His advanced techniques in both BOTOX and Juvederm have hundreds of extremely satisfied clients. At Allergan, the makers of BOTOX, he is known as the "Largest volume injector in West Volusia”. 

Alejandra E. Rosales

Alejandra E. Rosales, LPN, CME, LE is Dr. Jose Rosales’ daughter and is known as “Alex”. She attended nursing school at Barry University in Miami Shores, Fl. She has been an LPN since 2004 and is currently continuing her Nursing education through Excelsior.  Once Alex realized she wanted to focus on aesthetics she became a Certified Medical Electrologist and Licensed Esthetician (Facial Specialist) through Vector Institute of Beauty and Electrology in Orlando, Fl .

Alex is the primary client consultant at OCLC. She is very knowledgeable in all the treatments provided by the practice. Her time is spent doing the laser hair removal treatments, facials, and chemical peels.

I love my job and making a difference in people’s self esteem. I know that the treatments we do can both lift spirits internally as well as externally and there is no better feeling knowing that I had a small part to make that happen.
